Galaga
Dave is in State College right now at an arcade auction. He's hoping to buy
Galaga. For those of you who know Dave, you know this would be a dream come
true. Literally. He even rented a van. His confidence comes from the fact
that there are two Galaga games being auctioned. Also, there's a possibility
that maybe not too many people will show up. Although, if I were a Penn State
frat boy or something, I would think that various arcade games would make
fine additions to the study room. So, in a few short hours, there's the possiblity
we'll be rearranging furniture to make room for the new addition to the family.
Meanwhile, I'm starving. In other news, the dog apparently has fleas which
is a tragedy because she's a cute sweet little girl dog and girl dogs don't
get fleas, they get fairies who sprinkle glitter around them 24 hours a day.
Anyway, fortunately, this discovery was made the day after we made a vet appointment
for this Monday so with luck, she'll get put on Frontline or some other medication
that's loathsome to bugs that hop instead of fly (which is just wrong) and
that'll be the end of that. Sigh.
