Catching up
Catching up on some of the random loose ends:
1. Remember that post a few weeks ago in which I mentioned Holly got her second front tooth? I was wrong; she really didn't. The day after I posted that I felt her gums and was all "Where'd her tooth go?" This past Saturday, there it was. Ahem.
2. We went and looked at the house last Thursday. Or Friday. I'm too lazy to go back and look at the date. It was beautiful and probably worth closer to what the owner is asking than we were hoping. Taking into account that, real estate taxes, and flood insurance costs, it's pretty unattainable. However, I did appreciate being able to somewhat briefly live the dream while walking through the place. Also, I got some good ideas for our current place.
3. Henry was sick with a fever most of Easter Sunday. He slept well Saturday, held it together pretty well Sunday morning, then around 2 or 3 collapsed on the couch and sweated it out until his fever broke in the evening. Then he was like a new man, running all over the place, making up for lost time.
4. I have this pile of things that need to be returned to their various and rightful owners, but I just can't seem to find the time to make it happen. It's weighing heavily for some reason. I really need to take care of that.
